  • No! BRNZ Booth has its own bluetooth scanner at the door. You don’t need to be a member of the gym, but you do need to have the BRNZ Booth app and credit on your account.

  • We offer four different tan colours, and each comes with three different intensities. See our guide to choosing your colour.

  • We provide hair nets, disposable g-strings, moisturiser and sticky feet for you. If you’re coming straight from work or a workout, you’re welcome to use the shower facilities in the gym.

    While our tan does dry instantly, it’s still best to wear loose fitting clothing after tanning to be on the safe side.

  • Each tan colour and intensity has a corresponding number, which you can find on the booth. Enter the number into the box on the booth before stepping inside. Tanning won’t begin until you press the green button inside the booth. To find out which colour is best for you, take our quiz.

  • No – our booths are completely automated. If you need help, please phone our customer care line on 0423 957 952

  • Our tans last approximately 7-10 days. The more you take care of it, the longer it will last.

  • Our machines self-clean after each tan. Our tan room is cleaned daily with a deep clean done once a week.

  • We provide disposable g-strings, hair nets and ‘sticky feet’ for your convenience.

  • You can do this by logging in to the member portal via our website or App. If you have any questions, please contact us.

  • Yes, memberships have a 2 payment commitment. Please note: we require 14 days’ notice to cancel or freeze a membership. Memberships cannot be frozen or cancelled in the same month of initiation.
